I have severe dental phobia and now all of my teeth are in bad condition, please help!

Q. hi i wonder if you could help my. im 28 and last saw a dentist when i was 16. im scared of dentists and needles one of the reasons that put me off when i had some fillings done when i was 16. my teeth have got quite bad my two front teeth are rotten i have lost the two teeth to the left and one to the right and lost four teeth at the back as well and my wisdom teeth broke off when they came through im now left with horrible black stumps. and need some fillings on some others i would love to smile again but im very embaressed about going to see someone who can help me get my smile and confidence back. how much would this roughtly cost please many thanks,
A. NHS has three prices only , £16.50 , £45.60 , £198 an update this month has changed this by a small sum on the lower bands I think. If you need crowns ( 1 or more ) you would fit the £198 band if its fillings of extractions no crowns. Sedation is avaialable at some practices contact your local NHS for details Private costs can vary but expect around £200 per hour with additional material costs for crowns etc Rob
