My teeth are fairly sensitive. If I use a teeth whitening product e.g Polanight will this increase the sensitivity?

Yes they will be more sensitive but they normally go back to normal after the whitening is completed.

I had my home kit about a year ago, and I would like to know if it is OK to repeat that once again (I have not developed any sensitivity or had any other problems; I’m a heavy coffee drinker which lessen the whitening results).
