Q. when i was 12 years of age i had an accident and lost a front tooth. I was fitted with a denture which made me very conscious and as such i was too embarrassed to go to the dentist i have now lost most of my top teethand four of my bottom teeth. This has caused severe depression . someone suggested implants are they available on the nhs?,
