I have recently been quoted for bridge work

Q. I have recently been quoted for bridge work… I require 4 upper teeth at the front & 1 at the side. & two separate teeth at the bottom. I think I require 5 crowns. This work will be done over a few appointments & two full Saturdays. The dentist will take me 200 miles to meet with the lab so they see what I look like, hair, face etc. Do you think 8k seems a fair price? His work is highly recommended.

A. I am unable to give my opinion on the fees charged by my  colleagues.
