Q. Dear Dr Andrew Moore Recently I’ve had extremely hard pain on one of my front teeth so decided to pay a visit to my local dentist. After taking an x-ray he noticed my top tooth bone was eroding so told me he would have to remove the tooth the next time i visit. I’m thinking of leaving it and let nature take place and see if the tooth stays in place but if it gets bad to worse and have no choice and its left to the tooth being removed what would you advise me to do .
