i have missing teeth and brittle teeth

Q. my teeth are in a really bad way im missing loads and they are brittle what can u do to help and how long would it take i think ill need implants

A. The initial treatment would to decide which teeth are savable and which are not.  A temporary denture stage would probably then be necessary to evaluate  the success of any gum disease treatment necessary.  Once this treatment is successfully implants could be used to replace any missing teeth, provided there was enough bone present to place the implants into.  If this was insuffient bone grafting is often possible to create adequate bone.  The treatment time may be from 6 months onwards depending on how well you respond to treatment.
