Q. Q. hi, i have just had a apicetomy a year ago, sorry if i have spelt this wrong,. My dentist said to me that its take too much to heal properly ( about 2 years ) or more . and said that You should avoid eating crunchy foods and hard foods. at this time i am again feeling light pain in my apicetomy teeth .i am again viste my dentist to tel the prblem but he said to me dont worry ur surgery is ok . but i am worried that why pain is starting again ? please advise
A. You should go back to your dentist as soon as possible and explain this to him / her. You should also get an x-ray taken to see if there is a new infection present.
