Q. I have had my braces on for nearly five years. I have notice decay on my teeth. I know I’ve probably ruined my teeth. But it has been five years. Is there anything I can do to whiten my teeth? Or are they going to stay like that? Please Help! Im nineteen now.

I would recommend you book an appointment to diagnos the areas of decay and treat them as soon as possible. Of course by leaving decay there is eventual risk of loosing the teeth.

These decayed areas will be able to be treated by white fillings.
