Q. I have gum desease which is being treated at present , however it as left me with receeding gums and loose teeth, I would like to correct the problem with a dental implant but can only afford £5.000 . Can you offer any suggestions ?

A. If your gum disease is under controlyour teeth may be able to be splinted together to prevent them moving and increase their stability.  Regular visits to the hygienist is critical to reduce the chances of you loosing your teeth.
