I have gaps between my teeth due to gum, disease, what can I do about it?

Q.
hi, i was told 6months ago that i had bad gum disease that my previous dentist had failed to pick up on. When my new dentist told me about the problem i had already had severe gum arosion i now have gaps between most of my teeth due to this. I have lost all my confidence and self worth. Is there anything i can do fix this???

Staret by stabilising the problem then you can look at specific areas to improve. In the main it is rare to reverse the effect at every site, you consider each area on merit. Regarding you’re initial care you may be able to claim from the previous dentist (check the complaints procedure)
