i have four crowns my four front teeth and and keep getting abcess

Q. i have 4 crowns at the moment ,my 4 front teeth and keep getting abcess dentist has told me i need implants .do i need 4?if so how much can i expect to pay for thus

A. The reason for removing teeth can be due to infection within the tooth that is untreatable.  if this is the case the tooth would need to be removed and the space filled with a suitable alternative.  One of these alternatives could be implants provided that there is enough bone to place the implant into.  In my practice I charge from £2600 per implant ( including crown on top).  This does not include bone grafting if necessary.  Your dentists fees may vary form mine due to the varying costs of running a dental practice in different areas.
