i have done my bds degree in india. what do i need to do to specialize in aesthetic dentistry in the uk?

probably a conversion course so you can practice as a dentist and then there is no recognised speciality in esthetic dentistry…you should attend many courses on aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry and try to achieve accreditation in both the AACD and BACD
