I have crooked teeth and one tooth sticks out

Q. Hi, As a child i never had braces, but i should have! My teeth are crooked but i have one tooth that sticks out. It has been like this since a child and the dentist said it would grow into my teeth, however it hasnt. Would i be able to have it taken out and a veneer put in? I hate it as it sticks out when i smile and is really noticable. The rest of my teeth i can live with! Please could you advise me what to do and roughly how much it would cost. I have looked at the invisable braces but i dont think i could afford them. Please help. Thank you

A. There are a number of ways to fix your problem.  Although you cannot afford Invisalgn you may be able to afford Inman aligner - another type of brace that may be suitable for your situation.  I normally charge about £1600 for this type of brace.  A veneers doesn’t sound like a good idea but it is difficult to tell without seeing you.
