my upper left and right teeth have small chips on them and my lower teeth are also like this. Is it possible to have them filed down so they look straight. Also my canine teeth teeth stick out and I was wondering if they could be filed back or if there is any other procedure that would push them back.

Depending how much out of alignment your canine teeth are, you could straighten them with either crowns or braces. The chips on your teeth can be filled in with a cosmetic filling material. I would recommend a consultation with a cosmetic dentist.
