i have cleft lip and palate. aged 16 i had bone grafted

Q. i have cleft lip and palate. aged 16 i had bone grafted from hip to create a structure for denture. i would like permanent teeth fixed,crown bridge, or veneers. is this possible

A. A very difficult question to answer.  This would definitely be a specialist type of treatment and someone who has had experience in this field.  I would suggest that you contact the ADI (association of dental implants) to find a specialist who can help you.
