I have buried cainines and my baby teeth are mobile

Q. I have buried cainines and my baby teeth are slightly mobile. I was told to get invisalign done in order to create spaces. I am currently at the end of my treatment and now nearly reday for implants. I have had a CT SCAN and my dentist has advised me to get simplants as i wouldn’t have enough jaw bone to support the implant. I am rather confused and do want a second opinion and some kind of price this would be great.

A.
You indeed have reason to be confused. Simplants from my understanding is a CT guided implant system. The software used is called simPlant.

Regardless of the system used, there needs to be enough bone to place the implant into. the simPlant system may indeed help with the placement of the implant into the best area, but regardless if there isn’t enough bone, it doesnt matter what system is used, you will need a bone graft.
