I have bone loss and an overbite, what can be done?

Hi I am 38 and have an over lap of the top teeth of 10mm I also have a lot of bone loss the Otho said that he can not push back my teeth becouse of the bone loss is there any thing that can be done I am so desprate I don’t care what it takes I will have any type of treatment done to fix my teeth I can not take it no more please can you help

If the bone loss is severe and the aesthetics severely compromised you may need to consider removal of the front teeth and replacement with either a denture, bridge or dental implants. Unfortunately you will probably require some bone rebuilding prior to placing implants as it appears you have lost a significant amount of bone.
