I have an elongated lower jaw and although I had orthodontic

Q. I have an elongated lower jaw and although I had orthodontic treatment as a child which corrected my bite, I hate the way I now look. My profile is awful and I was wondering if there is anything that can be done?

A. hi many thanks for your enquiry, the next option would be surgery to decrease the length of your lower jaw, this would also help with the profile.
