Q. i have always been unhappy with my teeth both sets of my upper right and upper left incisers are twisted my dentist recomened a set of for crowns with a private quote of £1000 i am on income surport and can not afford to pay this much my dentist is also a nhs practice

Unfortunately you would not be able to get this treatment on the nhs because it is a cosmetic problem.

Many practices offer payment plans where you can spread the cost on a monthly basis to fit your budget.
