I have a small black gap between my teeth do i need teeth whitening I also have wonky teeth

Q. Hi, i was considering getting my teeth whitened, they’re not too bad but I would like to have just normal teeth, but also I have a small black gap in between two of my teeth but i I dont know what I would need to do to sort it out, and also I have one tooth which is wonky and sticks out a bit. so im not sure what exactly it is that I need to get done so I can have “normal” teeth. Would it be possible for me to send in a photo, so you can see exactly whats wrong with my teeth and perhaps make a suggestion on what I should do, for example, whitening, veneers etc. Thanks R

A. Hi R, many thanks for your enquiry, firstly i think from what you are describing i feel a combination of tooth whitening with veneers may play apart in producing your ideal ‘normal smile’, the veneers will improve the shape and correct the black triangle in between the teeth, and the whitening will help with the colour of the teeth. How many veneers will be needed to improve your smile i am unsure of but i feel these will be the best treatment options. If you send over a photo of your teeth i would be happy to comment further or perhaps if you are local to Manchester or London coming in for a consultation where we can talk in more depth about improving your smile.
