A. It depends on how many teeth, how rotten and what you want to replace them.
An NHs dentist could replace you teeth with plastic dentures for £198. A very different solution useing crowns bridges etc at a private dental practice might be £10,000. I would suggest getting a clinical assesment from a couple of practices then decide your best option.
