I Have A Missing Tooth Which Was Knocked Out Five Years Ago. Could I Have A False Tooth That’s Permanent?

Q.
Hi Andrew. I currently have a missing tooth which was knocked out around five years ago, I am currently twenty years of age and it is really affecting my confidence, it is a front tooth and is on the top row. Do you know if I could have a false tooth that’s permanent and if so how much would it cost? Any information on all possibilities would be a welcome help. Also if I do eventually have a false tooth will a teeth whitening programme affect the tooth in any way? Thank you for your time and consideration.
A.
Hello and thank you for your enquiry. You have the option of a denture, a bridge or an implant supported crown. The relative merits of each for you are difficult to decide without seeing you. Please feel free to call my clinic for a full consultation (£90) on 08443 87 87 88 if you’d like more detail. The final tooth will not whiten so it’s best to do this before the tooth is made. Kind regards, Dr Andrew Moore.
