I have a missing tooth, a denture and crowns, could I get braces and an implant?
Q.
I had 6 crowns placed on my front top teeth 8 years ago. Two years ago, one of the crowns came off as the tooth inside it snapped and I had the rest of the snapped tooh extracted. I now wear a denture for the missing tooth but the rest of the crowns and teeth inside them are in good condition. So now I only have 5 crowns left and one tooth missing. I would like to have an implant for the missing tooth. However, my front crowns stick out more than I would like. Is it possible to have braces to move my crowns back and then have the implant after when my teeth move inwards. My bottom teeth also need to moved inwards.

Yes you could try braces but the teeth have to be in very good condition to withstand the force of the braces

hi ive really bad teeth lots missing or broken off in the gum im thinking of getting the worst ones extracted and haveing a denture would this be the best option due to lack of money also how comfy are they to wear thanks
Thank you for your enquiry. Denture or Implants is the only to options for you. If the Denture fit well you shouldn’t experience any discomfort with it. If will take some time to get use to, but no pain or discomfort.
Could I wear braces if my front teeth are crown?
Yes it is still possible to move teeth with braces even if they are crowned.Sometimes a fixed brace is harder to fit on a crowne tooth
hi am a 17 year old girl who is really embarrassed about my teeth i have three gaps in the top half my teeth and feel really uncomfortable when opening my mouth to speak or eat. Its really putting me down. I turn 18 in a couple of weeks so i was thinking weather you could fix my teeth in time for mybirthday part.
Firstly, I have a hole in one teeth that maybe can be treated and filled right away. Secondly, I have a teeth that is half broken. I feel this may need to be extracted some time and replaced by an implant. Thirdly, I would like to discuss the possibility for an invisalign(express) scheme. I was told by my Dutch dentist (I just moved to the UK)that my teeth are a bit crowded (causing the defects refered above) and that I should seek to realign my teeth.
My 4 front tooth are dental bridge can i still wear dental braces?
