i have a missing front tooth

Q. Hi Dr. I have a miissing tooth at the front, i went to see my Dentist & he has told me he can fit an implant,but i have bone missing as well, the total cost will be £2 500, can you do the same work for less ? i have just been made redundant and simply cannot aford this large amount.

Your dentist is quoting you a very reasonable price. Implants generaklly don’t come cheaper than this.
If you are unable to afford an implant at this time then you could wear a denture for a while.
