I have a hole in my sinus after a tooth extraction, what should I do?

Q.
hi
after having a tooth extracted my dentist has now left me with a permanent hole into my sinus could you please advise me what action i should be taking.
A.
This is a possible complication with tooth removal in the upper jaw . If this is open to the oral cavity it should be closed surgically. you should contact your dentist who took the tooth out as they will know your situation better than me
