I have a fear of the dentist but need to have some treatment done ASAP, what should I do?

Q. I AM LIKE MOST PEOPLE AFRAID OF THE DENTIST I RECENTLY LOST MOST OF MY FRONT TOOTH FROM WHAT I CAN SEE AND FEEL WITH MY TONGUE I HAVE MORE GUM THAN THERE IS TOOTH.SO THERE IS NOT A LOT TO HOLD ONTO AND EXTRACT AS IT STARTING GIVE ME SOME DISCOMFORT ADVICE PLEASE.,
A. if you still have the root of the tooth in place, then this will ieally need to be extracted and you can consider regaining a tooth in it’s place. The best long term option would be single toothed dental implant. Your dentist will discuss this with you in more detail.
