Q. I have a very over crowded mouth and my top right front tooth over laps my top left front tooth. I get pain in my jaw and feel a pressure sensation all the time. I had 4 top back teeth out as a child to make more room. Could you tell me what type of brace I would need and if I would get this on the NHS? I have a 6 month old baby and have a maternity exempt certificate if this would help? Thank you.

Your question can be answered by getting a referral to an orthodontic practice with an NHS contract with the local Promary Healthcare trust (PCT) .
