Q. hi, i am 20 and have got very badly chipped front teeth from when i was around 16 after falling off my bike. i was told that they could not be fixed aside from having lengthy orthadontic treatment prior to having them fixed. i realy would like to have my smile fixed but am not sure the way to go about it and want to know how much of a chance there is of fixing my problem through surgery and without braces….??? thanks alot in advance for your reply
A. It is very difficult for me to tell without seeing you but often a combination of implants and veneers will save you needing braces. Perhaps you should find an experienced cosmetic dentist for a full consultation and to discuss your options
