I have a bad overbite and am 39-years-old – is it too late to do anything?

Q.
hi, I would really like to have great teeth & smile but am not too sure if I have left it too late?!
I am a young 39 and have a bad overbite (1 1/2 cm) also between every tooth there is a gap. I’m considered to be quite attractive and when I have wanted to ‘fix’ my teeth previously family & friends have always said not to as it will change my facial appearance & not in a good way …I’m guessing because of the overbite when my mouth is closed my lips pout. Can you tell me if indeed it would be possible to remedy and still ‘look’ like ‘me’ also would it be massively expensive? Thank-you
A.
Dear Enquirer,
It is never too late to get your teeth ‘fixed’. We have great options for deep overbites and once you have had a thorough examination, you will know what your options are. Your facial appearance shouls not not change in a bad way, but your teeth should look much better after a course of braces (if you are suitable) and you will still look like you.
If you are amenable to coming to see me at my practice,I will be more than happy to have a look anf guide you in the right direction. My practice dtails are www.sparkledental.co.uk 0208 5674344
