You are fit to drive after a reasonable rest if you are relaxed about dentistry. An anxious patient probably should relax a little before driving long distances bringing someone with you who can drive is probably the best option.
You can fit implants on the same day that teeth are removed but it is a little less favourable ( in my opinion ) than waiting 6-8weeks. I personally wouldnt “load” the newly placed implants with crowns for 3-6 months. The temporary we iuse most during extraction healing and implant healing is an adhesive bridge.
