I had two gingivectomies on tooth and still its not in the same height do i need to cut my gums

Q. Hi Dr. Moore, I have had two gingivectomies on tooth#8, and still it is not the same height like the tooth next to it, now the dentist wants to cut my gum a third time, I would like another opinion, can you help me please. Thanks

A. Either me or my periodontist would need to see you to decide whther its worth having this treatment done again, as a rule if it repeatedly fails then you might need to consider another option. Please e-mail me if you would liek to arrnane a consultation  [email protected]
