Q. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that has a big hole already and the fact that i am 32 weeks pregnant. recently my dentist put a temporary filling and the odd thing after a week it started to become painful again and occurs only when i was lying in bed and about to sleep while i am standing it seems nothing is wrong with my tooth… why is that happening????
A. The tooth probably has an infection if it gets very bad it could be removed but obviously it is better to try to wait until after your baby is born. Your dentist could clean the inside of the tooth out to reduce the pain. Sometimes when a hole is just covered up the infection builds up more so becomes more painful.
