I had crown for 20 years and they need replacing now can this be done of NHS advice

Q. Hi there, 30 years ago I had a road accident which resulted in my having to have my four front teeth crowned as they were knocked back in the accident. I had some on for a while and then another set 10 years later which I have now had on for about 20 years. These now need replacing. So I would like to know if this can be done on the NHS and what are the best type to go for. What sort of questions do I need to be asking my dentist in order that the replacements meet my full expectations. Also would you be willing to so them for me and if so how much would it cost. This is a really big thing for me and I need to know I have the right man for the job. I look forward to hearing from you in due course. Regards

A. Dear

Unfortunately I do not carry out any NHS work in my clinic.
In all honesty the NHS have to work within certain budgets so it would be unreasonable to expect these crowns to be the best available in material and aesthetics.
Now would be the time to decide which is most important ie the cost or the finished result to you and make your decision based on this.
Unfortunately it is a fact of life that best price and best result rarely come together
