Q. Hi I had a teeth whitening treatment done a couple of years ago with my dentist. I already have the whitening trays which were made for me at the time. However, I now need to buy more gel as the gel I had I pressume must have gone out of date even though I still have them stored in the fridge. Please could you recommend a whitening gel for me to buy online? I notice that there are varied percentages. The naturally white website sells 23% and 35%. Others seem to be lower. I don’t really want to sleep with it on so do you think I should get the 35% one and wear for 30 mins as recommended? Thanks

A. The strength that you need & the active ingredient should be balanced according to your own clinical situation. Your dentist will probably sell you small top up volumes of gel of the appropriate strength at reasonable prices.
