Root filled teeth can sometimes be successfully whitened internally.  The crooked toth would be better treated with abrace but if not you would probably require multiple veneers to get the correct proportions of the teeth – one veneer may well be a strange shaped tooth ( too narrow) that would look more unsightly than a crooked natural tooth
