If you assume that the adjacent teeth are in good condition, and you have no other spaces a denture would be an unlikely choice. In some cases an implant is possible if there is enough jawbone and the risk to local nerves etc is low, guide price £2500 including 3D jaw scan. In other cases a 3 unit crown retained bridge supported by the adjacent teeth would cost £1-2000. A design with a flexible connector (known as a fixed moveable) would be my preference in functional terms. Cosmetically a zirconium based bridge would be an alternative. Adhesive bridges in the molar region are still unpredictable.
