Q. i had a filling on my big tooth at the front today near to my gum its so painfull i cant sleep and have already taken 8 nerofen 350 mill tabs and nothing i fly out on frid i need to no what to do

It sounds like the nerve in the tooth is dying and you need urgent treatment.
You either nee to take the nerve out of the tooth or remove the complete tooth. Return to your dentist for advice on the best option for you.
