Q. I had 4 crowns on my front teeth and they are attached to each other approximately 10 years ago, with no root canals done. I was told if infection ever came about it would be bad. Now I am experiencing extreme pain and pressure on my front tooth. Have not been to dentist, but if root canal is recommended what procedures will be done, since I have the 4 crowns attached, All upper teeth are crowns and partial except maybe 3, what should I expect to be done, I am on antibiotics now
