Q. I am currently getting a fairly significant, intense pain in my front tooth – but it comes and goes and doesn’t last more than 1 minute at a time! It’s been happening for a few weeks now, and the Dentist didn’t seem to think anything was actually wrong with the tooth. Any ideas what this could be? It doesn’t appear to be sensitive to hot or cold, or indeed to touch or tapping.
A. Not sure, if you’ve had a knock on the tooth the nerve night be dying. perhaps your dentist could test the tooth vitality. If it is dying then a root canal treatment would be advised
