The filling/crown will not whiten so you will have to budget for a replacement restoration.

No – you will need them replaced as they will not whiten with your natural teeth
Hi, I came upon your site when searching for an emergency dentist. I have pain in one of my teeth where the filling has fallen out. I have neglected my teeth in the past few years- due to a real phobia of going to the dentist. However, the pain I’m feeling has made me finally pluck up the courage to get in touch. I’m extremely nervous so this is a huge step for me. Seeing your website has already reassured me a little but I do have a way to go
