i dont have proper teeth they are crowded

Q. I am 18yrs old.My problem is that I dont have a proper teeth.They are crowded. Also they are bit high than normal. I want to straighten up them.Is there any method to get good results in short time?Or any surgery with out braces?plz,My college is going to start within a month.Also recently in an accident ,my upper front tooth is half broken.This is making me look stupid.Hope u’ll help me with this…………….Thank u.

A. it is difficult to give you exact answers without seeing you, but orthodontics wil dstraighten your teeth but will take between 6-24 months .  I suggest you find a dentist to repair your broken tooth before it becomes painful.
