I don’t want a denture. Can I get a fixed bridge or implants on the NHS?

Q. I start a full mouth restauration a year ago,I manage to have all the extraction done upper and lower and six implants on the upper jaw.I also have four of my own teeths upper who require crowns and four good teeths on the lower jaw.Now circumstances change ,I m on incapacity benefit,I have HC2 certificate as well I wonder if I have any chance to cary out the work on NHS taking in consideration that right now I have a temporary bridge wich is not fit properly and time to time infection occur.I don’t want denture I will like a fixed bridge on implants if is possible.I know NHS cover bridges and crawns and I m wiling to pay the diference .Do you know any place where is possible to do that?,
A. unfortunately your chance of having this work done in your present circumstances is next to impossible, look at options abroad
