I am trying to get as much information I can about sinus correction, bone building and implant treatment. Can you advise?

In June of this year I got dentures. It is a temporary plate to wear for 90 days and then new impressions were taken for a permanent plate. Three impressions of my natural teeth were taken before the dentures. I have been back for new impressions for the permanent plate and asked the question if the teeth were going to be like my natural teeth and I was told yes. Well the new plate came in, it is lose and I can’t close my mouth. The dentist told me it was the result of wanting natural teeth and didn’t think there was any way to change it. I can’t close my mouth, my jaw is open. Tell me this is not right.
