Q. I havd a root canal performed over 2 weeks ago and have been in pain ever since. I wnet back to my dentist last week who said there was no sign of infection or an abscess but she did file the tooht down so it did not meet my top one. i am still in agony i cant bite togther and hot or cold hurts more than it ever has. has the treatment failed? really dont know what to do next,
