i am in so much pain with my bottom six teeth

Q. i am in so much pain with my bottom six teeth i cant go to the dentist as i had a very very bad experience as a child but i am so misrable and i have no confidence. i have just started a new job and this is holding me back can you help me please thank you.

Talk to your medical GP, they may be able to prescribe an tablet sedative such as valium to help you make it to a dental appointment. Then you can find out what treatment you require. Try to go to a dentist that can provide intravenous (IV) sedation if you need it. your local PCT ( NHS primary care trust) can be found via diresctory enquiries, ask for the dental contracts dept and find out what he local provision is, Private sedation is easier to find by direct phone book searches/
Some websites like dental fear central can be found by google search.
