i am having an extraction and there is the option of a denture crown or implant can you suggest

Q. Hi, I recently had an accident in which half of my front tooth snapped off, and the other half is fractured, meaning it has to be removed. I am having an extraction on thursday, and not really sure what happens after this. what is the best way forward? My sister says there is the option of a denture, crown or implant. what do you suggest? thanks

A. I guess you should have a temporary tooth fitted when the teeth are removed. If possible then an implant is normally the best option. You should talk at length with your dentist about the options or ask for a referral to an implant dentist
