I am considering a smile makeover but my main aim is to make my teeth look bigger. Can you recommend treatment?

Q. Hi Dr, I’m considering a ‘smile makeover’. My problem is that my teeth are quite small. There are no gaps or noticeable deficiencies (structure etc is fine) but very small dents and prominent fangs. Is there a way of making the teeth look bigger and would it be better to get full lumineers or a smile makover which included bonding, whitening and reshaping? Many thanks.,
A. In most cases reshaping will reduce the apparent size, so veneers are a more likely soluton. A no prep system like lumineers may work well but the fangs may need some trimming. Best practice is to photograph and record moulds of the teeth then simulate on casts. This trial run allows you to refine the look before you treat the actual teeth. Our inial consultation is free, if you decide to progress a simulation including casts photos, xrays & a written plan is £300. Rob 0121 643 0610

I have a really small mouth, and it looks awkward when I smile. How can I make it bigger without surgery? I need as many options as possisble please.
