Q. I am 38 years old and am very unhappy with my teeth as they are very small and am very uncomfortable when i smile as my teeth are not very visable. The dentist that i attend says my teeth are waring away very rapidly and was wandering if anything can be done through dental surgery and how much it will cost. please help as this has been quite a worry for some time.

You definately need to go and see a dentist that has training in occlusion. This is the study of how teeth fit together and why they wear. Obviously if your teeth aren’t treated the problem will get worse and the treatment will get more complicated.
