The NHS only provides orthodontic treatment for under 18’s for free. It also only provides basic orthodontic services for adults (usually this does not cover braces). Why don’t you go to an orthodontist or cosmetic dentist for a consultation about all your braces options. These consultations are often free. They can also advise you about payment plans to spread the cost of treatment as it often takes 18 months – 2 years.
