How would you treat my case of problems with incisors?

How would you go about treating my case? This is what a consultant said: I have a permenant dentition with a class II division 2 incisor relationship on a moderate class II skeletal base, lips are incompetent at rest, the upper lip is short (16mm) and at rest there is gingival exposure and on full smiling the dentition is not visible. Intaorally the arches are well aligned with a normal overjet and overbite. The top half sticks out 5mm and the bottom half sticks out 3mm and there is a crooked incisor crown length is short. This was was last checked october by the way

Thank you for your detailed information. It is not apparent from your question what it is that is bothering you. Your consultant has obviously taken the time to give you a detailed analysis of your bite and teeth positioning, so please go ack to him/her for further clarification if you need more explanation.
